How long does it take for delivery?

All our products are made-to-order and production begins once the order is placed. The standard delivery timeline is 4-6 weeks from the date of placing the order. However, in case of a large order exceeding Rs. 5,00,000, the delivery timeline may be longer. We do not like to rush our staff as all the furniture is handcrafted and made with physical labour.

If there are any unexpected delays to your order, you will be notified via your email and SMS mentioned at the time of placing the order. Please call our support team at any time to inquire about the status of your order


What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the location of the delivery. Our shipping for Maharashtra customers is Free where as a minimal amount is charges for out of Maharashtra customers


How do i check the status of my order?

You will receive regular email updates via email about the status of your order.

I want to provide special delivery instructions, how do i do that?

We will try our best to accommodate any requests, however some many not be possible due to logistical constraints. 

Please mention any requests at the time of placing the order in the "Notes" section. Alternatively, you can write to us at or call our support team to convey your request. Please mention the order number that you receive via email for us to be able to record your request.

Do you offer customisations?

Yes, we do offer certain customisations where they are possible. In most cases the available customisations are mentioned in the product description.

If you have any special requests related to customisation, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that some customisations may incur and additional charge which will be communicated to you at the time of placing the order


I require a GST invoice for my Purchase, how can i get one?

Yes, absolutely. Please mention your GST number in the section provided at the time of checkout. You can also email us a copy of your GST certificate along with your order number to and we will provide you with a GST invoice once the order has shipped.


I changed my mind, can i cancel my order?

We do not have a "Change of Heart" cancellation policy as all our products are made-to-order. Once your order has been placed, materials are ordered specifically for your furniture pieces and production is carried out.

If the item received by you is damaged or defective, we will, at our discretion, provide you with a replacement product.
